Privacy Policy

This app helps users track homeschool learning hours and progress. Because it may store information about children — such as names, grade levels, subjects, and attendance dates — this policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Each account's records are private and isolated. No other user or account can view your students, subjects, or logs.

• Parent/guardian account: name and email used to sign in.
• Student profiles: name, grade level, and notes you add.
• Learning records: subjects, logged hours, dates, descriptions, materials, and optional grades.
• Optional student access: a 6-digit login code, only if you choose to enable independent student login.

We do not collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers, medical information, or photos of children.

Your information is used solely to:

• Display and total your learning hours and progress.
• Generate reports and attendance records you can print or export.
• Let enabled students log their own hours when you grant access.

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

This app is intended for use by parents and guardians managing the homeschool education of children. If a child under 13 logs in themselves, it is only because a parent or guardian explicitly enabled student access and generated the login code — that action serves as verifiable parental consent under COPPA.

You may revoke student access at any time by disabling it on the student's profile, which removes the code and prevents further login.

You can review, edit, or delete your data at any time directly in the app. Deleting a student removes their profile along with associated school years, subjects, and log entries. You may also contact us to request full deletion of your account and all records.

To request deletion or ask a privacy question, use the Feedback option in the sidebar and select "question" or "feedback," or use our contact form.

Records are protected by account authentication and row-level access controls so that only the account owner (and any admin they authorize) can access their data. Login codes are unique per student and can be rotated or disabled at any time.
